My thesis is titled “The Impact of Social Media on Teenage Mental Health.” The purpose of this study is to explore how social media usage affects the mental well-being of teenagers. Through a combination of literature review and surveys， I analyzed the relationship between online activities and psychological stress.

However， it also provides opportunities for communication and knowledge sharing. Based on these findings， I suggest that both parents and educators should guide students in using social media responsibly.
